GTA 6 Merch Is Live on the Rockstar Store: What's Included

ConfirmedEdited by Rockstar Newswire4 min read

On 8 October Rockstar opened a second GTA 6 merchandise line, and this one is sold piece by piece. It is called the Grand Theft Auto VI Collection, it sits on the Rockstar Store, and it has nothing to do with the $399.99 Vice City box. This is Confirmed: Rockstar's own pages list every item below.

What Rockstar announced

The Newswire post is titled "Grand Theft Auto VI Collection Now at the Rockstar Store" and is also the newest headline in the Featured News block on Rockstar's GTA VI page. Its description reads: "Presenting the official Grand Theft Auto VI Collection, featuring new apparel and collectibles inspired by Grand Theft Auto VI, exclusively available now at the Rockstar Store."

The article body is rendered in the browser, so we read the description and the store pages themselves, not the full post. Where we rely on how outlets summarise the body, we say so.

What is in the collection

The store's collection page sorts the range into apparel, accessories and collectibles. As we read it on 10 October, that is roughly 26 merchandise listings:

  • Tees: a white Macca the Gator tee, Goodtime State tees in black, blue and pink, GTA VI logo tees and Rockstar Games logo tees in the same three colours, and women's cropped baby tees in black, blue and pink.
  • Caps and totes: GTA VI baseball caps and the classic Rockstar cap in GTA 6 colours, plus two canvas totes, one pink and blue and one blue and pink.
  • Small items: a chrome keychain, a Vice City money clip, a refillable Zippo lighter and two sets of vinyl stickers, one of them holographic.

Rockstar's product copy has a few details worth knowing. The tees are "heavyweight 100% cotton". The Zippo is "a refillable, polished chrome Zippo® lighter" with the classic Vice City logo laser-etched on one side. The Goodtime State and Macca the Gator tees are sold as "Goodtime State Gear, inspired by the styles seen on Jason and Lucia in the Grand Theft Auto VI: Ultimate Edition". That is the store's wording, and it says nothing more about the Ultimate Edition's content than that. For what the edition actually includes, see our editions guide.

The same collection page also lists the album's CD and vinyl variants next to the box. Prices and formats for those are in our soundtrack guide.

Who can order

The Rockstar Store's own FAQ names the regions it ships to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, UK and United States. If your country is not on that list, the store will not deliver to you.

What we could not confirm

Prices. The store loads its prices after the page renders, and they did not appear in what we fetched. Neither Insider Gaming nor Gfinity gave a price list in the pieces we read. Open the store for your region's numbers; we are not going to guess.

More items. Insider Gaming reports that Rockstar said in the post that this is not the full collection and that more items will be added over time. We could not read that line in the Newswire body ourselves, so treat it as reported. The store does have a wishlist, and its own text says you can subscribe to restock emails in your Rockstar account settings.

Stock. We have no numbers on how much was made, and no sellout has been reported.

How it fits with the box

Insider Gaming notes that some fans think these items beat the pricier box on value, which is a social-media opinion, not a fact. The reaction to the Vice City box was about its price and its lack of a game. This range is individual items, so you pick what you want and skip the rest.

None of it changes the game. There is no code, no early access and no in-game content in a tee or a lighter. The preorders and editions are exactly as before, and the countdown still shows the live number to launch.

One practical point: the Rockstar Store is the only place Rockstar's post names for this range, so that is where to look first. Our report on fake GTA 6 demo sites is a reminder of why it pays to start from Rockstar's own domain.
