Who Is Boobie Ike in GTA 6? Official Bio and Links

Boobie Ike is a Vice City legend, and in Rockstar's words he acts like it. His tagline calls him "the Jack of Hearts": a man who runs on charm. His bio makes him the money behind the music side of GTA 6's cast.
Boobie turned the street into an empire, mostly
Rockstar describes him as one of the few who turned his time in the streets into a legitimate empire: real estate, a strip club and a recording studio. He is all smiles until it's time to talk business.
"Legitimate" carries some weight there, and one of Boobie's own lines quietly undercuts it: "The club money pay for the studio, and the drug money pay for it all." So the empire is real, and so is what funds it. That is the most candid line in any of the eight bios.
Only Raw Records is what he really cares about
The second paragraph turns on that. Boobie might seem like he's just out for himself, but his biggest investment is his partnership with Dre'Quan Priest, a young aspiring music mogul, in Only Raw Records. Rockstar's last line on him: now they just need a hit.
That partnership is one of the links on the evidence board, and it leads one step further. Dre'Quan's bio says he has signed Real Dimez, the rap duo, so Only Raw has its first real act. Dre'Quan's old job was booking acts into Boobie's strip club, which his bio suggests he may not be doing much longer.
He sits in a different circle from the leads
None of the eight bios links Boobie to Jason or Lucia. On the board, the Vice City music circle (Boobie, Dre'Quan, Real Dimez) and the Keys circle around Jason are not connected by any line. They will surely meet in the story, but Rockstar hasn't said how, and this page doesn't guess.
His tagline also has a second meaning worth noting. In card games, the Jack of Hearts is one of the two "one-eyed jacks", the face shown in profile. For a man who is all smiles until business comes up, that fits.
Voice and role still unknown
