GTA 6 Launch Trailer Is Out, Scored by Justice

Rockstar put out a new GTA 6 trailer on 15 October, and it is a different kind of reveal from the last one. The official page calls it the Launch Trailer, dates it 15 October 2026, and credits the music to Justice, the French electronic duo. This is Confirmed: we fetched Rockstar's own page for this story.
What Rockstar's page says
The Launch Trailer page on rockstargames.com carries one line of description: "Check out the Launch Trailer, featuring the debut of 'Flower in a Hurricane' from original score composers Justice feat. Tame Impala, SZA, and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard."
That sentence holds three facts.
- The title. It is the "Launch Trailer", not "Trailer 3". Rockstar's video list on the same page runs from Trailer 1 (4 December 2023) through Trailer 2 (6 May 2025) and the Extended Look (27 August 2026) to this one.
- The song. "Flower in a Hurricane" debuts in the trailer. It is a Justice track with three guests: Tame Impala, SZA and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard.
- The composers. Rockstar calls Justice the "original score composers". That is new. Until now the only music news we had was the album and the radio stations.
The page's own metadata lists the runtime as 1:29. Outlets such as Wccftech round it to 90 seconds. Rockstar's page does not state a release date or a platform line. The 19 November date is unchanged and comes from Take-Two, as our release date tracker shows.
What is in it
We are leaving the scene-by-scene breakdown to the video itself. Rockstar's page does not describe the footage, so anything about it comes from outlets and stays Reported. NME says the clip introduces co-protagonists Lucia and Jason. Wccftech says it skips gameplay mechanics and leans on mood. Both fit the name. A launch trailer sells the feeling, not the systems.
If you want the systems, the gameplay guide tracks what Rockstar has actually described. For who the leads are, see the characters guide.
The song is on the album
Rockstar's music page now has a "Score" block headed "Official Score by Justice". It repeats the same line and invites you to "listen to the new standalone single". It also lists "Flower in a Hurricane" among the singles of Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album. NME reports the same.
The singles list has grown. As of 16 October the page names nine:
- Yung Lean, "That's It" (feat. Future & Metro Boomin)
- Travis Scott, "RHYNO"
- "Sexy Magic" by CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso, PinkPantheress, Fred again.. & Etienne de Crécy
- Justice, "Flower in a Hurricane" (feat. Tame Impala, SZA, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard)
- Morgan Wallen, "Last Thing You Need"
- Fuerza Regida, "Suzuki"
- Rauw Alejandro, "Macacoa 2000"
- Cardi B, "Don't Chart"
- Keith Richards, "Bright Lights, Big City"
Our earlier posts counted six singles. Three on that list are newer: Justice, Fuerza Regida and Cardi B. The page still says 34 original tracks and "Coming November 19", so 25 tracks have no public title. Our soundtrack guide keeps the running list.
One thing the page does not say: which of these songs play on which in-game station. The six named radio stations and the album are still separate announcements. Treat any station-by-station tracklist as a guess.
What it means for launch
Rockstar's marketing has moved from "what is it" to "it is nearly here". A trailer named for the launch, a score credit and a growing singles list are the pattern of a campaign on schedule. They are not a date announcement, and we are not reading one into them.
Three practical points:
- Nothing about the price or editions changed. The page has a "Pre-Order Now" button, and the editions guide has what each version includes.
- No cast list came with it. The cast guide still lists only actors who confirmed their own roles.
- More is likely. Rockstar has used its Newswire and music page for each beat so far. When the next one lands, we check the page first and update the everything we know hub.
The countdown shows the live clock to launch.
